ALL PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON TIME AND PRODUCT USAGE. ALL SERVICES ARE PERSONALIZED TO YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS. IF YOU HAVE LONG AND/OR THICK HAIR, PLEASE PLAN FOR HIGHER FINAL PRICES. ALL SERVICES SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ALL SERVICES.

CANCELLATION POLICY
WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO GIVE 48 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A 50% CHARGE OF THE SERVICE YOU HAD SCHEDULED. NO SHOW'S WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE THAT WAS SCHEDULED.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE FULL SERVICE FOR WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED AND A LATE FEE MAY APPLY.
IF YOU ARE RUNNING BEHIND AND HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF YOUR APPOINTMENT THEN YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED AS A NO SHOW.

THE ONLINE BOOKING SITE ALLOWS APPOINTMENTS TO BE SCHEDULED 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE. MEANING AVAILABILITY WILL BE SHOWN 30 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU ARE LOOKING AT IT. THE SITE IS LIVE AND CONSTANTLY UPDATING WITH NEW OPENINGS EVERY HOUR. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PUT A CARD ON FILE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.
